Four classes of CD RESTOP rest stops

COMPLEX
International ports, transport hubs, key national interchanges — logistics & fulfillment, lodging, large restaurant, specialty livestream studio.
Class A
Key national or regional transport hub — F&B and relaxation lounge, driver health recovery, trade-union space.
Class B
Urban gateways, major inner-outer junctions — core EV charging station, coffee, fast food, GOMO Mart at stable prices.
Class C
On partners' existing premises — linking existing service sites, DC/AC chargers, solar power; still meets all "5 Haves". Not a mini-mart format.
Class areas are the design standard set out in the company profile; each site is sized individually.
Leadership team
A founding and executive team with cross-sector experience — each role owns a defined block of work.
Annie Nguyen
Sets the network's development strategy and approves investment policy; represents the company with shareholders, investors and strategic partners.
Nguyen Ngoc Hai
Runs the whole of the company: land pipeline, partnership negotiations, delivery of each site, and accountability for the network's commercial results.
Ha Tuan Khang
Builds the operating technology platform, the site management system and the customer app; owns brand identity, content and digital communications.
Giap Thien Phuc
Focal point for investors, funds and accompanying partners; prepares fundraising materials, structures partnerships and tracks commitments per project.
Nguyen Hoang Quoc Huy
Advises on communications strategy and press relations; shapes external messaging, runs events and joint programmes with local authorities.
Dang Thi Thuy Van
Leads finance and accounting, capital planning and the operating budget; controls cash flow, investment cost and the economics of each site.
