Personal Data Protection Policy

1. Who we are

CD RESTOP Social Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (enterprise code 0314428519) is the controller of the personal data collected through the cdrestop.com website.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you enter yourself in the forms on the website:

• Contact, site partnership, affiliate, business solutions and vehicle rental enquiry forms: full name, phone number, email, company name (if any) and the content you submit.
• Newsletter sign-up: email.

The website does not use behavioural analytics or advertising tools. When you load a page, your browser connects to Google’s font service and to our data servers; these servers may record your IP address in technical logs, which are used solely to operate the system and keep it secure.

3. Purposes of processing

• To respond to the requests you send us, provide advice and discuss the partnership proposals you submit.
• To send you our newsletter if you subscribe; you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell personal data and do not use data for any other purpose without your consent.

4. Storage and co-processing parties

Form data is stored in the management system operated by Lĩnh Nam Group for its member companies, including CD Restop. The system’s servers are located in Singapore (infrastructure provider: Hostinger), so your data is stored outside Vietnam. Only personnel with assigned duties may access it.

5. Retention period

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above, or longer where required by law. You may request the deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to be informed; to give or withdraw consent; to access, correct, request the deletion of and restrict the processing of your data; and to lodge complaints in accordance with Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection (No. 91/2025/QH15). 7. Data protection

Connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to data in the management system is restricted to personnel with assigned duties.

8. Consent

You give consent by ticking the confirmation box on each form yourself (the box is never pre-ticked); a form can only be sent once the box is ticked. You may withdraw your consent by sending an email to hi@cdrestop.com.

Any changes are posted on this page together with the date of the update.
