On 6 February 2026, we held a working session on repurposing transport land. The project discussed that day is now named CD Restop Suối Tiên: a Class A rest stop of 4,658 m² at Ho Chi Minh City's eastern gateway, in the planning stage, with no chargers installed yet.
Updated on 23 October 2026: the project is now named CD Restop Suối Tiên; status information reflects project data as at the update date.
From a working session on land
On 6 February 2026, we held a working session with the leadership of a unit that manages a transport land bank. The main topic was repurposing existing land into a social-welfare rest stop under the CD Restop model.
The question was this: can an existing plot of land become a place where drivers stop to charge their vehicles, have a meal and rest for a while? We answered with design, starting from the needs of the people who stop.
CD Restop Suối Tiên today
The project discussed at that session is now named CD Restop Suối Tiên. It is a Class A rest stop, the most complete configuration among our four rest-stop scales. The project covers 4,658 m² at the An Phu warehouse complex, Tang Nhon Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, in the Suối Tiên area at the city's eastern gateway.
According to project data as at 23 October 2026, CD Restop Suối Tiên is in the planning and feasibility study stage. We have not yet installed any chargers here.
The design work to date comprises a 3D model of the whole site (version v10, video dated 26 September 2026) and the v11 set of renderings from the same day: the entrance gate, the charging station under a solar canopy, and the two-storey service block.

Designed for the people who stop
Each of our rest stops follows the published Five Musts (5 CÓ) standard:
- MUST HAVE clean energy
- MUST HAVE meals and essential goods
- MUST HAVE safe digital financial services
- MUST HAVE community life
- MUST HAVE welfare for people on the road
The design of CD Restop Suối Tiên includes the following. A DC fast-charging station sits under a canopy. The canopy is fitted with solar panels. The design sets aside space for meals and essential goods serving workers and drivers. Alongside these is a rest area.
The project page on cdrestop.com describes a design that integrates a DC EV charging station, F&B, a convenience store, a rest area and restrooms. We have not announced meal or goods prices, because the project is still in the planning stage.

What is not there yet
We want to be clear about the scope, because this is where things are easily overstated.
- No chargers have been installed at CD Restop Suối Tiên.
- There is no opening date. We do not give an expected date while the project is still being planned.
- The images in this article are design renderings, not a completed building.
When the project takes a new step, we will announce it on this news page. Project list: Rest stop network.
Land for the people who stop
A plot of land has meaning when people stop there. We are designing CD Restop Suối Tiên for the driver who needs to charge between two trips. For the worker who needs a meal and a few essential items. For the person who needs a seat to rest before moving on. We measure each next step of the project with one question: what more do the people who stop here gain?
