A standardised short-stay rest room for long-haul drivers — six bunk clusters, each berth a private compartment.

A dedicated amenity module for drivers: private showers, on-site laundry and lockable storage.

Guest journey: enter → store luggage → wash or shower → change in the dry space → fold and collect → leave. Shared toilets sit outside the module; the 32 m² Sleep Pod room and the 80 m² block are two separate rooms.

Three user groups of the lodging spaces

Long-haul drivers

Stop on time and sleep outside the cab. Law 36/2024/QH15 (amended by Law 118/2025) keeps the limit of no more than 4 hours of continuous driving — the Sleep Pod and shower block are where drivers recover between legs.

Ride-hailing and delivery riders

Urban link points with standard toilets, short rest and charging — serving informal workers between shifts.

On-site workers and the surrounding community

Union space, community activities and job information at Tier A and Complex stations.

About lodging at the rest stop

What is a Sleep Pod?+
A standardised short-stay rest room for long-haul drivers: 32 m², six bunk clusters, 12 berths, each a private compartment with curtain, light and socket. It is a proposed render per the CD Restop standard.
Is any station already operating Sleep Pods?+
The network is in its station-development phase. All images on this page are renders; each station's status and opening schedule is published on cdrestop.com when it starts operating.
Is the Sleep Pod a paid service?+
Yes. The Sleep Pod, showers and laundry are paid services; fees and hourly packages are published at each station at opening. The common rest area and standard-grade toilets are free under the welfare commitment.
Why are the bedroom and showers separate modules?+
To keep the bedroom quiet and dry: shared toilets sit outside the module; the 80 m² block holds four private shower cabins, six laundry columns and 24 lockers; the 32 m² Sleep Pod room is a separate room.
Is CD Housing long-term housing for workers or students?+
No. CD Housing is the short-stay lodging and amenity component for people on the road within a rest stop. Any other lodging format will be announced when there is an official document.
How do I bring a lodging module to my premises?+
Send your request to hi@cdrestop.com or call 0981 107 900. CD Restop surveys and scores the site, sets the tier first, then proposes the module configuration.
